Steven is an amazing property manager and I would recommend him to any property owners and investors. I bought a multi-family and converted one unit into an Airbnb with four beds and three baths. I have very little knowledge of managing a property and running an Airbnb business and Steven was there to help each step of the way. He was extremely patient and responsive (less than one hour) and explained things well. Because I don’t live close to my new property I rely heavily on Steven to manage the property well and keep it clean and running!
